Menu Link to Space Index does not work except for the default language

Steps to reproduce:

• set xwiki.virtual.usepath=0
• create a subwiki, and set default language in the subwiki to something else than en
• optionally make it multi language
• in the Subwiki, go to the "Sandbox"-page and choose "Sandbox" > "Document Index" from the top navigation

In a path based subwiki the index of all pages in the sandbox appears.
In a domain based subwiki simply the current page is shown.

No problem for the main wiki.
As far as I can see the "Children" view introduces for nested pages in 7.2 is not affected either.
