Add ability to match and replace multiword glossary entries by glossaryReference macro calls

This aims to add the ability to replace occurrences of glossary entries comprising multiple words by a call to the glossaryReference macro pointing at the matched entry in the glossary. Since the action can be time consuming for large documents and large glossaries, rather than implementing the feature in a rendering transformation as proposed in GLOSSARY-8, the goal here is to expose an API for performing such a replacement, which can then be launched either on page content save (GLOSSARY-26) or in a scheduler job (GLOSSARY-30).
