Add support for computing the HTML diff taking into account the image data rather than the image location

ATM the diff is computed using the image location (URL / path) and if the image is moved to a different location the image is marked as modified although there is not visual difference (it's the same image). We should add an option to compute the changes using the image data instead (by fetching the image data from the specified location).
