Editing categories : problem with the interface rendering

1/ refer to screenshot "view-blog-categories"
In this situation : .../bin/view/Blog/Categories
The interface is not easy to understand for a basic user : it seems the table doesn't work.

2/ refer to screenshot "inline-blog-categories"
In this situation : .../bin/inline/Blog/Categories
Hard to understand where to type the category, in which area : above the description block or below ?
Each block need to be separated by a void.
I think the wysiwyg menu is useless in the description area.
