Enable JIRA's 'Issue Collector' functionality for e.x.o applications that have a jira.xwiki.org project

In the context of this e-mail on our mailinglist '[Contrib] Reporting extensions issues' http://markmail.org/thread/iql7ltlyfa7loau7 me and Vincent tested JIRA's Issue Collectors functionality (example: http://jira.xwiki.org/secure/ViewCollectors!default.jspa?projectKey=PRESENT ).

"An Issue Collector allows you to easily gather feedback on any website in the form of JIRA issues, even from users who don't have JIRA accounts."

Vincent set up a Issue Collector for the Presentation Applications that you can see in action on http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Presentation+Application

The Presentation Application page now contains a button on the right side with the label 'Raise Bug for the Presentation Application', see button.png

An user logged on our jira.xwiki.org or even an anonymous user can now submit a bug report using the report form, see report.png . For anonymous users the issues will be created by a 'XWiki Issue Collector' user.

An example of a issue submitted through the form is available in issueReported.png

The question is if we want to enable this kind of functionality for other applications that we host on xwiki-contrib and e.x.o.

Thoughts:
users will not need to know the way we structured our jira projects, thus they will not need to scout for the correct place to report a contrib-application issue;

there be will a single entry to download the application, read the documentation and report issues;

being able to submit the form anonymously there will be lost of spamm entries and possible issue duplication, since the users will not check if the issue has already been reported;

there are limited customization options to the form and we will miss important information like the 'Affected version', etc.
