Footnote Macro uses XWiki 2.0 Syntax unless used with Put Footnotes Macro

Footnote Macro renders using XWiki 2.0 syntax even if used in a document with XWiki 2.1 syntax. To reproduce:

• Create a footnote with an anchor link in a document saved with XWiki 2.1 syntax using the Footnote Macro (and not using the Put Footnotes Macro).

   {{footnote}}Hic est [[anchora>>||anchor="elementumEnterococcusFaecium"]]{{/footnote}} 

• Save and view the document. If there is no {{putFootnotes}} macro used, the anchor link in the footnote will not work

If you use XWiki 2.0 syntax for the anchor link, it will render properly. Alternatively, including {{putFootnotes /}} at the end of the document, it will render the XWiki 2.1 syntax properly.
