Distribution action cause a broken DW to be shown if no view action has been used to trigger it

Some initialization of the DW seems to be done in the view action. Therefore, accessing directly the distribution action without passing by the view action cause the DW to be broken.

An easy way to reproduce is to restart the wiki while on the DW and to refresh the page showing the DW afterwards.
