"Publish Blog Post" hover message is badly displayed in French

    Description

      Issue originally reported by Pascal Bastien on the Users Mailing List.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Change your wiki language to FR
      2. Create a new blog post but don't publish it
      3. Hover over the Publish button

      It seems the apostrophes aren't displayed correctly. This is the key responsible for the text: http://l10n.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Platform/PlatformXWikiCoreResources_-7297103_xe-blog-code-notpublished_fr
