impossible to use annotations tools with flamingo skin

Hello,

Annotation tools disapeared with flamingo skin.

With colibri skin we can access on annotation tools: http://snag.gy/J3MxG.jpg but with flamingo we can't display annotations on document.
It is possible to add annotation with Ctrl+M that's all.
