Adding content (images, links, table, macros) is not working anymore in WYSIWYG on IE10

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new page
2. Try to:
   1. add a new link (from Link button)
   2. add a new image
   3. create a new table
   4. insert a macro

When you want to add a image or a macro you will see that the buttons functions from Menu are disabled (actually, you will see that their options - the text - are grey).
