Subscribe to specific tag (with email notification)

Hello XWiki Team,

for our little company it would be very helpful if we were able to subscribe to specific tags and get email notifications as soon as new articles are created with this tag or updated. This would make it really flexible to get very fine tuned notifications instead of subscribing to a whole space and filter out unneeded stuff.

Going to a tag page and clicking subscribe currently only subscribes to the general tag page but not to the specific tag.

I hope you will be able to improve this.
