Allow the Extension Updater to also display updates on dependencies that have not been manually installed

    Description

      Currently the Extension Updater only check updates on extension that have been manually installed by the user, but not on any of their dependencies. Since a dependencies could easily became a main dependencies of a wiki, this may hide useful updates.
