Use only buttons with primary (blue) style on AWM steps

            Description

            Please see the attached images.

            • Note the grey "Create application" button with white text from the AWM WebHome
            • In the App creation wizard:
              • On Step 1 the "Next step" button is blue
              • On Steps 2 and 3 the "Next step" and "Finish" buttons are green.
                It would be nice if all buttons had the same colour (e.g. blue on Colibri).
