Improve the display of the Tree View on Flamingo

    Description

      Navigate to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/AllDocs?view=tree on Flamingo.

      You can't see all the entries from the top menus: Edit, Add & More Actions when you click on them (Flamingo Tree 2.png).

      Also just on IE11 when you expand the tree it overlaps over the rest of the page + the vertical scrollbar on the right doesn't work (IE11 Tree XWiki 6.1.png).
