    Description

      With IE9 & Flamingo, edit Sandbox.WebHome with the WYSIWYG editor:

      • When the mouse is not on the WYSIWYG editor, the right panels are not displayed (see: bug.png).
      • When the mouse is on the WYSIWYG editor, the right panels are displayed (see: bug_hover.png).
