Bad panel display using the Small width

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • Go to Administration > Panel Wizard
      • Set the value for the Width of the left or right panel column to Small

      Result: The panel header writing doesn't fit the panel width

      Tested on FF, Chrome and IE9.
