Wrong syntax when importing very old document (that does not explicitely contain the syntax)

I have done a migration from 2.2.4 to 6.2M1 on Jetty/MySQL and have gotten many merge conflicts for pages that didn't have any differences between their Previous and Current versions.

These are just a few of them that I noted:

• Panels.Navigation
• Panels.RightsEditorWelcome
• Panels.EditModes
• Panels.Shortcuts
• Panels.Welcome
• Panels.OrphanedPages
• Stats.MostEditedPages
• Stats.WebPreferences
