XWiki starts slowly with the Flamingo skin because of LESS compilation

    Description

      With Colibri on 6.2M2 the first requests to XE's home page takes 8.6 seconds on my machine.

      With Flamingo it took 19.8 seconds.

      That's more than 10 seconds more and doesn't look acceptable IMO.
