Skin Extensions are not exported when doing an HTML export

    Description

      This was already a problem with the Colibri skin but the Flamingo skin is now making a more heavy use of skin extensions and when exporting the home page several problems appear (I don't know yet if they're related to Skin extensions though):

      • Top level menus are not clickable
      • Applications Panel doesn't render properly
      • List of spaces doesn't display nicely

      In any case we need to handle skin extensions by exporting the JS/CSS content found in wiki pages and copying them on the file system inside the zip and modify the URLs to point to those.
