WebJars resources are not exported with the HTML exporter

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • With the flamingo skin, export a page
      • In the resulting ZIP, you won't have glyphicons or font-awesome files (EOT, TTF...)

      So we can say that the HTML exporter is broken with Flamingo, because this skin use webjars resources by default.
