WYSIWYG editor is not full delimited on Chrome 37

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select "Create your own" from "More applications"
2. Create a new application with AWM
3. See the WYSIWYG on "Step 3 — Customize the home page of your application"

or

After you created the app, go to your app and add a new entry (it would be good to have a "Long Text" entry) - you will see the same behviour like at Step 3.

or

Create a new blog post.

You see no WYWIWYG delimination on the right side. But, when you create a new page, you are able to see a full delimited WYSIWYG.
