"Compare two versions" freezes the ie8

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on "History"
2. Select two versions to compare
3. Click on "Compare two versions"
4. Move your mouse on the screen
5. You see on the screen some freezed images
6. ie8 almost stop working, you need to reload it to work (and, after that it's working very slow)
