An user added with Add Wiki wizard is not able to make some actions

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on "Add" and select "Wiki"
2. Complete the fields from "Step 1"
3. From "Step 2" select:
   1. User Scope - "Both global and local users are available in the wiki"
   2. Membership Type - "Open for any user to join"
   3. Members - add an existing member
4. Click on "Create"
5. After the wiki is created you see that you are not able to:
   1. add a comment
   2. add an annotation
   3. add an attachment
   4. add a page

For an user added wih "Wiki wizard" the actual behaviour is like the user is not logged in.

With an user invited by Admin, the actual behaviour is the expected behaviour (the user is able to create a page, add a comment, add an attachment, add a comment etc.).
