The "Install new applications" button doesn't work anymore

    Description

      On the Applications panel: click on "More applications" and then on "Install new applications".

      You'll be taken to this URL: 

      http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki.XWikiPreferences||queryString%3D%22editor%3Dglobaladmin%26section%3DXWiki/AddExtensions%22

      instead of 

      http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=XWiki.AddExtensions

      with a notice to create the page.

      Doesn't reproduce on 6.2M2 and might be related to the fixes for XWIKI-10916.
