The text which validates a name is not correctly displayed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the "Register" option
   1. on 6.2-rc-1, the text which validates username and password is displayed on the same line with the fields;
   2. on 6.2, the text which validates username and password is displayed under the fields.
      or
2. Hover over "Add"
3. Click on "Page"
   1. You see that the text which validates a name (in this case for "Space" and for "Page" names) is displayed under the fields
