The Color Themes picker isn't properly displayed when using the scrollbar

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/edit/FlamingoThemes/FlamingoDefaultTheme
      2. Click on "Base Colors"
      3. Click on the picker button for @text-color -> the picker is properly displayed beneath the button
      4. Scroll all the way down
      5. Click on the picker button for @link-color -> the picker is displayed much lower than it should
