The Index - Tree uses a huge z-index value that interferes with menus and modals

    Description

      The z-index used by the Tree is using values bigger than 20000+, while the menus and modals are using 1000+ values.

      This value cannot be change for the CSS since different subcomponents of the tree are calculating different values for the z-index and places them inline.
