It's confusing for an user to have two "Annotations" entries on "More Actions"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hover over Wiki and click on "Administer Wiki"
2. Click on "Page Elements"
3. Set the "Show document annotations" to Yes
4. Click "Save"
5. Go to Main page
6. Click on "More Actions" button
7. You see there two entries called "Annotations". Even the icons are different, they are pretty confusing for an user. It would be great to find a way to make a difference between these two entries, because the icons are not enough.
