Be able to reply to an annotation directly from inside the annotation bubble instead of being transfered to the Comments tab

Scenario:

1. Annotate an word (signed in with an user)
2. Try to reply to that annotation with an another user inside the overlay
3. It would be nice to be able to directly reply to the annotation from (a textarea) inside the annotation bubble (same place where you pressed the Reply button), instead of being scrolled to the Comments tab (to use the reply textarea there).
