Emails notifications are not translated

Hi,

Emails notifications are not translated when the XWiki is in mono language (french by example).

Some importants points:

• translation key exist ... and working in document (with

  {{velocity}}
  $services.localization.render('watchlist.notification.email.contents')
  {{/velocity}}
  

• If I create a document with XWiki.TranslationDocumentClass object and concerned key like by example

  watchlist.notification.email.singleUpdate.intro=Ce message est envoyé par XWiki. Ce document de votre liste de favoris a été modifié
  

  "email notification" is correctly translated. :-/
