Using an empty flamingo theme breaks the UI

    Description

      1. Create a new Flamingo Theme, with nothing set in it
      2. Select it as the current theme
        The CSS is broken. If you open it, you see: 
        NameError: variable @xwiki-page-content-bg is undefined in /home/gdelhumeau/xwiki-instance/webapps/xwiki/skins/flamingo/less/general.less on line 25, column 23:
