Allow EM/DW to re-play an upgrade/install from a file of decisions provided by the user

    Description

      When upgrading an installation or installing a new version of an extension, extension manager or distribution wizard can report conflicts on pages and ask the user to make decisions.

      This feature is about being able to provide the EM with a list of documents and their associated decisions, that the EM would do without asking the user.
      Then, it should ask questions only for the documents which are not in this list of provided decisions.

      Ideally, the log issued by XWIKI-11504 would be a valid list of decisions to give to DW/EM.
