Remove the need for the "Finalize" button at the end of the process of wiki creation from template

When creating a new subwiki from a template in XE 6.3, the process takes a little while, then at the end of it the wiki creator is asked to click a "Finalize" button. This is currently required in order to make sure that rights are properly set on the newly created subwiki. Not clicking the button would therefore result with a subwiki that is not correctly instantiated.

The issue with this is twofold:

• The user might miss / forget about clicking the button at the end of the process
• If there is a timeout during the wiki creation process, the user will never see the button in the first place
