Description
Currently, only the operation of provisioning the wiki is inside a job (with a progress-bar in the UI).
But the creation of a new wiki (ie: create the database, create the tables, create the descriptor) is not in a job.
Actually, this first operation could take ~15seconds with a MySQL database, which is already too long for the user.
So it could be nice to have a progress bar during the wiki creation process, before DW is triggered and before the provisioning job is started.
Should be done before 6.3, before the @Unstable tag is removed.
