Include Distribution Wizard and the wiki creation in a single job and display DW only if the users do not want the default UI

    Description

      When she creates a new Wiki, a simple user just wants to have a wiki in an easy way.
      That's why the Wiki module should install the default UI and avoid DW to be started.
      If the user do not want to install the default UI, then DW could do its job. For this, we just add an option in the wiki creation wizard for advanced users.

      At the end, a simple user should just see a single progress bar.
