Webjar installed by EM on a subwiki could not be loaded through the webjar action

    Description

      When accessing a webjar installed into a subwiki using the webjar action on that subwiki, the ressource is not found. If the same webjar is installed on the main wiki (and not necessarily on the subwiki), then the resource is found.
