Icons are broken after an HTML export.

    Description

      $services.web.jar.url('bootstrap/3.2.0/fonts') returns /webjars/resources/path?value=bootstrap/3.2.0/fonts.

      But occasionally, it generates an other URL: webjars/META-INF/resources/webjars/bootstrap/3.2.0/fonts/.

      It has occurred during a LESS compilation, but it might not be related.

      It is hard to debug since it does not always happen.
