Make it easier to drag and drop statistic panels

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Go to Administer Space
      • Click on Panel Wizard
      • Drag and drop a Statistic Panel to one side
      • Drag and drop the Statistic Panel to Panel List

      Notice that you can't drop the Statistic Panel to the List except when the last word ( e.g."page") is inside the Panel List.
      It will be easier for the user not to struggle that much to drag and drop the Statistic Panels.
