Distribution Wizard should display invalid extensions that could not be upgraded

    Description

      Right now the DW just try scan for available upgrade but if no upgrade are found for existing extensions you can't uninstall them. This was lost in the refactoring of "extensions" step to search for valid upgrade instead of listing invalid extensions.
