No DW when upgrading from 6.4 to 6.4.1

    Description

      • run jetty/hsqldb 6.4 for some time
      • stop it
      • replace the WAR in 6.4 with the one from 6.4.1
      • start XWiki

      -> Distribution Wizard is not started

      The workaround is to delete the core extensions cache (<permdir>/cache/extension/core).
