Local Forget Username page only search for local users in a multi-wiki instance

    Description

      This might also affect ResetPassword.

      In case a user directly goes to a sub-wiki and the page is protected and the user not logged in, then the forget username and forget passwords are local ones. These pages only look for local users and won't find the global ones.
