Most korean translations seems broken

There is a few good translations but most of them are broken. Sounds like bad encoding used in the file provided in XWIKI-4046.

All I can think of right now is getting rid of https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-oldcore/src/main/resources/ApplicationResources_ko.properties and reset korean translations in http://l10n.xwiki.org.
