Description
Aside of XWIKI-9518 currently the "Home" menu entry is only shown, if the subwiki allows "only global users".
In case the Wiki allows "Both global and local users" the global users can access the main wiki, but do not see the menu entry.
Maybe instead for checking for the type of the wiki it might be better to check for the "type" of user and decide if to display the link or now?
If that is ok from a performance point of view it might be even simpler to check if the current user has view rights for the start page of the main wiki; in that case exactly the users that would not see a "forbidden" page when clicking on that link will see the menu entry. (Especially no special case is needed for the anonymous user)
