Add $services.rendering.escape method for escaping XWiki syntax

    Description

      Over the years, we felt more and more the need for a way to escape XWiki syntax.

      The proposed escaping method simply appends an ~ escape character in front of every character of the input string.

      In practice, it seems to perform pretty well.

      This is most useful when dealing with wiki="true" HTML macros.
