Wiki Syntax in categories breaks the category management

while trying to fix XWIKI-11208 I noticed that wiki syntax in category names is rendered, but only "sometimes"

This is especially a problem if the category name contains links.

Steps to reproduce:

• go to Blog.ManageCategories
• add category with name 'a *bold* [[category]]'
• reload the page

The link to the category does not work (at least the text 'category' links somewhere else), and the UI to edit the categories looses it javascript support due to an error on page load.
I will try to add a quickfix so that at least the links in the UI do not get broken, but then still adding subcategories does not work
