Separate rating storage should ensure the average rating is not directly modified

Separate rating store allow actually storing the rating in a different space usually to make sure user with just edit right on a document cannot modify ratings directly with object editor for example.

To speed up a bit some processing the average rating is still copied on the document, problem is there is nothing ensuring it's not directly modified which makes it totally unusable since it can't be trusted.
