Most extensions that were designed to use webjars before 7.1 are broken

    Description

      This is because of XWIKI-10881. Before 7.1 you had to add .js at the end of the file and now you have to remove it.

      This is not acceptable. The webjars resource could probably try with and without the .js at the end for example.
