Javascript Error : require is not defined when XWiki is the root app

    Description

      Javascript Error : require is not defined.

      xwiki is configured as an application ROOT on Tomcat.
      and the Context path="/xwiki" have replaced by Context path="/"

      And now, in all pages of wiki, i have
      <script type="text/javascript" src="//webjars/requirejs/2.1.15/require.min.js?r=1"></script>

      And web jars don't work in this case.
