Display the breadcrumb for Homepage

    Description

      • Reasons:
        • 'so that users can navigate to other pages using the Navigation Tree that we're going to add under the breadcrumb's home icon' (Vincent)
        • it will not have the old duplication of title problem since we replaced it with the Home icon (Caty)
        • if you are on a subwiki, you cannot navigate to the main wiki rapidly (except using the Drawer) (Caty)
