Set the home page title of the main wiki and subwikis to be "Home" by default

    Description

      Rationale:

      • Right now when you create a subwiki you get the following breadcrumb which is very confusing:
      • It's not consistent with the Main Wiki's webhome page which is title "Wiki Home". We should use the same generic name.
